I bring a mix of professional expertise and real-life experience to everything I teach. With a Master of Science degree and expertise in neuroplasticity and rewiring, I combine science-backed strategies with practical tools that actually work. I’m also certified in life coaching and somatic trauma therapy, so I know how to guide you through real transformation.
But what truly sets me apart is my life experience. I’ve navigated a neurodiverse marriage, built a successful business from scratch, and learned to thrive with ADHD. I’ve experienced the heartbreak of losing a partner, grown up with an alcoholic father, and cared for family members dealing with chronic illness and addiction. I’ve been through the chaos and overwhelm—and I’ve learned how to come out the other side, stronger and calmer.
